Making an appointment
If you are new to our practice, we will require a letter of referral from your GP in order for you to qualify for medicare rebates.

If you do not hold a medicare card, please contact the clinic on (03) 9420 1418 to fill in a short questionnaire. This would help us plan our sessions so that we can achieve an outcome that is satisfactory for you.
